If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, for example, there is a mistake in your video, such as your child's name is Chris and you received Mary's video, you have the right to request a new video.  Please send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and  reference your name, email address, child's name as well as date of purchase as well as the mistake in your video.  We will not be providing new videos for mis pronounced names.  We ask for the phonetics of your child's name and our Santa will say your child's name phonetically how it is provided.  If you provide us with the wrong information we can not provide a new video.  If your child's name is difficult to pronounce you may want to use a nickname or choose to omit the child's name from the video.
